Chairman Jerome Powell insists that the economy is “strong” and that the outlook remains “favorable,” with an unemployment rate near the lowest level since 1969 and inflation below the Fed’s 2 percent objective.

Now, we are beginning to see the market pick up again. 🔥

This could be due to many factors; the healthy economy, the expected growth in Tampa, plus the low interest rates! 

The Feds announced that they would not raise the interest rates in 2019, we don't know what will happen in 2020.

We are beginning to see an increase in the number of homes on the market. Which means you will have more homes to choose from. While interest rates are steady, home prices are still "slightly" increasing. Definitely not at the rate they have been. Which means you probably won't have to worry too much about prices getting too high. They may however still have an upward trend for a little bit before they flatten.

What does this mean for you?
