With the Guinness World Record for most consecutive days of sunshine, how can you beat that? 

Clearwater beach was named the best beach in the United States, and it's beautiful year round. However, it doesn't stop there. Living in Tampa you have easy access to St. Petersburg beach, all the beaches from Redington Shores up to Belleair beach. You also have Fort DeSoto, plus every beach down in Sarasota; Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key and Longboat Key. What's better than having too many beaches to choose from?

For Athletics

Raymond James Stadium, also known as the “Ray Jay”, is a multi-purpose football stadium located in Tampa, Florida. It is home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League (NFL) as well as the NCAA’s South Florida Bulls football team. Raymond James Stadium hosted Super Bowls XXXV and XLIII, as well as the 2017 College Football Playoff National Championship.

Amalie Arena is an arena in Tampa, Florida, that has been used for ice hockey, basketball, and arena football games, as well as concerts. It is home to the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League and the Tampa Bay Storm of the Arena Football League.

Tropicana Field is a domed stadium in St. Petersburg, Florida, United States, that has been the home of the Tampa Bay Rays of Major League Baseball (MLB) since the team’s inaugural season in 1998. The stadium is also used for college football, and since December 2008 has been the home of the St. Petersburg Bowl, an annual postseason bowl game. Now the City is building them a brand new stadium right in Tampa.

There is a lifetime of options for food. We don't just have 1 or 2 popular steakhouses, we have more than you can count. Bern's Steakhouse which is one of the most popular. Busch Gardens is a 335-acre 19th century African-themed animal theme park located in the city of Tampa, Florida. The park officially features 15 rides, including 8 roller coasters and 2 water rides.

Adventure Island is a water park located across the street from Busch Gardens. The park features 30 acres of water rides, dining, and other attractions.

The Florida Aquarium is home to more than 20,000 aquatic plants and animals from Florida and all over the world. The facility is located in the Channel District of Downtown Tampa.

Lowry Park Zoo is a great place to take the kids. With over 63 acres, it was voted the #1 family-friendly zoo.

Plus living in Tampa makes it easy to go to Disney anytime you want. It's only a 1 to 1.5-hour drive to enjoy the magical world of Disney!

Business is Booming!

The Tampa Bay area is home to many major corporations, Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies. Amazon has a warehouse right next to Tampa which employs thousands of people. Publix employs over 37,000 people in Tampa. The MacDill Airforce Base has over 18,000 employees. JP Morgan Chase, Raymond James Financial, Citi Group, Grow Financial, USAA, Accenture, Capital One, and Suncoast all employ hundreds of thousands in Tampa. You also have major brands such as Bloomin' Brands, Progressive, KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, New York Life, Jabil Circuit, Tech Data, HSN and Roper Technologies. There is constant economic growth, tons of companies moving to Tampa, and with all the new construction it only looks like it's going up from here.

Tampa is also big in the Health and Healthcare industries. BayCare alone employs over 26,000 people. We also have the Moffit Cancer Center, Tampa General Hospital, Florida Hospital, WellCare, John Hopkins All Children's Hospital and even USF, which has a huge health institute and research initiative.

The Tampa Convention Center

The Tampa Convention Center is a mid-sized convention center located in downtown Tampa, Florida at the mouth of the Hillsborough River. It has both waterfront views of Tampa Bay and views of the city’s skyline.  The center is connected to the neighboring Channel-side District and Ybor City via the TECO Streetcar Line, which has a station across the street.

Tampa's History, we were once best known as “Cigar City”

because of its popular Ybor City where they hand roll there Cigars right in-front of you. Ybor City is a section of Tampa known for its nightlife and fine restaurant area and has a long history, visited by millions of people each year who come here for the selection of fresh seafood and flavorful Latin American food.

Local Craft Breweries & Micro-breweries

Tampa is beginning to become known for its breweries. We are responsible for tens of 1000's of barrels of beer every year. They're popping up everywhere like Starbucks. You have several in Tampa: Seventh Suns, Coppertail, Tampa Bay Brewing Company, Yuengling, and Cigar City. Then in St. Petersburg you have some big names like 3 Daughters, St. Pete Brewing and Big Storm Brewery. Now Dunedin has really put itself on the map with Main Street becoming the home of over 11 microbreweries.


The Famous SKYWAY Bridge

One of the historic sceneries in the Tampa Bay Area is the famous SKYWAY bridge which has amazing views from the top of the bridge. So it’s safe to say that you will never run out of things to see and do in this great area, come visit and take a few souvenirs and shells back with you as a memento of your journey here.


See the Sights

We have Bayshore which is the longest 4.5 mile stretch of sidewalk in the world. It is a sight to see, and a great place to exercise!

The Tampa Riverwalk is a beautiful date location that is also going to see additional construction. There will be shops and restaurants added, making it a great spot for an evening. 

We have Channelside, soon to be Sparksman's Wharf which will be a home to a brand new Biergarten. Plus much more. 

You also have Ybor City which is the historical district of Tampa.

With almost year-round sunshine, this offers tons of amazing weather and flexibility. 

You can go kayaking, deep-sea fishing, fishing, parasailing, walk the parks, canoe, paddle boarding, walking, biking, roller skating, or play any sport almost year round.

If you enjoy fishing, you can head down to the Keys during lobster season. We also have stone crab and lobster seasons. 

You can enjoy the plethora of festivals, parades (GASPARILLA!), and concerts hosted in Tampa. You can take a quick trip and enjoy what's being hosted in Orlando as well.

Community Centric Performing Arts & Science Centers

The Straz Center is more than just a Performing Arts Theatre, it is a pillar of the community for arts, culture and a community partner. The Straz has five theatres, Carol Morsani Hall- 2610 seats, Ferguson Hall-1042 seats , Jaeb Theatre-268 seats, Shimberg Playhouse-130 seats, TECO Theatre-3500 SQ. FT. and Rehearsal Hall-70′ wide by 50′ deep.  Many events are held here including Weddings.

The Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI) is a science museum located in Tampa, Florida, US. It’s a community-based institution and educational resource that is dedicated to advancing public interest, knowledge, and understanding of science, industry, and technology.

You can spend time visiting the wide variety of museums we have to offer.

We have the Salvador Dali Museum which is right over the bridge. It is the largest collection of Dali's work outside of Europe with over 2,000 works of art.

The Glazer Children's Museum which offers over 150 activities to keep your children occupied.

We have the Tampa Museum of Art, the Tampa Bay History Center, The Florida Museum for Photographic Arts, and plenty more art can be found in St. Petersburg.
